Q: How do I book?
A: In order to book a party you will need to send us an e-mail about date and time availability. Once you are ready to book we will send you a contract and deposit invoice via e-mail. In order to reserve a party time the 50% deposit and a completed contract are necessary.
Q:Are you available for my party date?
A: Please email info@isabellesprincessparties.com and include the party address, character you would like to book and possible party date or dates.
Q: What if there are boys at my party?
A: Our princess parties are enjoyed by both girls and boys!
Q: When should I book my party?
A: We recommend booking as soon as you are sure of the date and princess you would like to book. Dates may book up months in advance.
Q: What if I don’t know exactly how many children will be attending at the time of booking?
A: It is absolutely fine to provide an estimate of the number of children attending. The balance due at the party can be adjusted accordingly, if you end up in a different price bracket. Please keep in mind that birthday parties with more than 20 children must have a second princess.
Q: How long are your princesses parties?
A: Our party packages are one hour and 90 minutes. We can provide a custom quote for longer than 90 minutes. We don’t offer any packages shorter than one hour.
